DEADLINES:

 

• 30 November 2005: Abstract submission (NEW deadline: 31st December. See below)
• 31^st January 2005: Notification of acceptance.
• 5^th March 2006: Registration. No later registration will be accepted and no on site registration will be allowed.

All participants, interested in having their contributions integrated in the Proceedings of the 8^th ICSR 2006, must be registered by 5^th March 2006.

• 31^st March 2006: Submission of the final full paper contributions.
• 31^th May 2006: Submission of the power point presentation:

All lectures and presentations should be sent in advance of the conference. Due to technical reasons, no files will be accepted on site at the conference.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
We have received many requests in the days following the registration deadline asking us to accept new proposals for the Conference. Following careful consideration we are prepared to consider new requests, Although we have received over 300 registration forms, we will consider a later application by the 31st December. Your proposal will be considered once the members of the Programme Commitee have finished evaluating the proposals that arrived before the 30th of November, with the intention of accepting as many as possible, within the limits imposed by the venue we have reserved.
In order to be able to welcome colleagues and young researchers from less advantaged backgrounds, we are in the process of reserving a venue that will enable us to lower the registration fees for academics and professionals to 295,00 Euro, also by reducing the costs associated to other services.
In the absence of sources of financing, other than European Funds for the So.Re.Com. Thematic Network (with all the constraints this entails), this has been a difficult decision to make, but reducing the fees for everyone seemed to be the most democratic solution.
To further facilitate and reduce the costs of payment, we have taken on the charge and the costs of implementing an on-line payment system (by sub-contracting an enterprise and signing an agreement with a banking circuit).

We kindly inform you that the deadline for registration payment had been further postponed to the 5^th of March 2006 and thanks to the extra facility of the on-line payment system, paying for your registration will take no more than five minutes.

All participants, interested in having their contributions integrated in the Proceedings of the 8th ICSR 2006, must have paid by that date.

We will be obliged, to be able to guarantee all the following phases of the organization of the event, to be very strict on this point, withdrawing the participants who have not paid on time from the Scientific Programme.

We also remind you that we have no facilities to allow people to pay on-site.
