So.Re.Com. Joint-IDP Individual Methodological Training

In addition to the training activities and scientific events formally included as organizational commitment in the EC approved SoReCom Joint - IDP contract (3 training events per year: Winter, Spring and Summer Sessions), and to the specific Seminars and Workshops on "Food for mind and Methodological Training  & Transferable skills", additional individual methodological training have been organized at the European/International Joint PhD in S.R. & C. Research Center by prof. de Rosa, assisted by dr. Laura Dryjanska, dr. Elena Bocci and dr. Martina Latini, to provide the ESRs with the skills they needed to use the following software for the data analyses

1) Tableau software, used for Geo-mapping the research results related to the dissemination of the Social Representations theory across the world by continents and countries. Following the training seminar held on 13th January 2015, many “learning by doing” sessions were aimed at the software application to the research data for the visualization of the research results in view of the presentations during the 2015 and 2016 International Summer Schools, the 2016 Spring Session of the International Lab Meetings and the scheduled international conferences

The intensive long-day sessions on the multidimensional analysis by SPAD have been jointly organized with prof. de Rosa, Dr. Bocci and dr. Laura Dryjanska to individually train ESR Filomena Berardi in the use of the SPAD to elaborate the data related to her thematic focus guided by the research questions and hypotheses presented in the abstract accepted for the ISSP 2016 Annual Conference (Warsaw, 13-15 July 2016).

These individual sessions on the multidimensional analysis by SPAD have been anticipated just for one of the ESRs due to the timing of her active participation in the ISPP conference.

Other individual sessions will be organized – if needed – for other ESRs who will insert this kind of analysis in their theses
