Non stop trains to Roma Termini Station leave from circa 7.00 to 22.00. A ticket costs Lira 18000.By bus:
Tickets can be purchased at vending machines located in the airport arrival hall and at the railway station. Train schedules are posted inside railway stations.
CO.TRA.L. bus services from airport to Roma Tiburtina railway station: night buses run from 00.15 to 05.00 The stop is close to the International Terminal arrivals area. Tickets must be bought on the bus and cost Lira 8000.By taxi:
We strongly advise that you use only the yellow and white licensed taxis with meters. The fares of the licensed public taxis from Fiumicino to Rome is the meter fare plus Lira11 500 flat rate, also surcharge fees are applied for baggage, night runs, Sundays and holidays. Therefore don't be surprised if the bill is considerably more than the fare shown on the meter.ARRIVAL FROM TERMINI STATION
You are at a walking distance from Hotel Nord, taking the main exit, turn left. Via Amendola is the the next street parallel to the one alongside the station.
Buying a ticket metrebus (http://www.atac.roma.it/):
The integrated ticket ?Metrebus? gives you the freedom of using all the modes of public transport within the metropolitan area of Rome, excluding the direct rail link Termini- Fiumicino Airport, the special tourist service. Tickets must be bought before boarding, in the metro, at authorised vendors (newsagent, tobacconist) and automatic ticket machines. The different tickets are:
- BIT (75 min ticket): 1500 Lira.
- BIG (daily ticket): 6000 Lira.
- CIS (a weekly ticket): 24 000 Lira
