A full report of the dissertation to be evaluated by the three tutors and discussed in front of the Final Jury must
be written in a national language of the country where the
doctorate is being pursued or in English (or in French).
A short version to be evaluated by the International
Evaluation Board in English (or in French upon in a format
evaluated ready for submission to an international journal
